2025 HBCU Homecomings

Skip the traffic and start homecoming early this fall by riding NC By Train.

The N.C. Department of Transportation’s Office of Historically Black Colleges and University Outreach in partnership with NC By Train are offering 15% off travel for current HBCU college students and alumni between Sept. 15 and Nov. 27.

Travelers heading to Raleigh, Durham, Greensboro, Salisbury or Charlotte for homecoming can book discounted fares using code HBCU2025.
